Puneet is the brains and the drive behind the GanJees restaurant. He is dedicated to ensuring every meal that leaves his kitchen pass is perfectly presented and most importantly, is delicious. Puneet has dedicated his time to perfecting the menu with sophisticated Indian Fusion dishes, ideations like; deconstructed Chat, Tenderloin with Vindaloo Jus, Mango Chilli Bang Bang & many more that not only reflect the uniqueness of the restaurant but also gives it a refreshing twist to the most discerning epicureans.
